Warranty & Exchange Policy
At HC Online Store, we value your satisfaction and offer an exchange policy under the following circumstances:
Eligibility for Exchange:
- If you receive an incorrect product in your order.
- If the product arrives with manufacturing faults, breakage, or scratches.
HC Online Store facilitates exchanges for products with manufacturing faults, breakages, or scratches. For the exchange process, please ensure the original box and all accessories are included. If the item was dispatched to a location outside Lahore, the exchange will be provided, but the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost incurred for the return.
Conditions for Exchange:
- The product must be sealed in its original packaging and unused, with no damage to the packaging.
- Avoid using tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
- Requests for exchange must be made within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Once we receive the incorrect product, we dispatch the correct item within 5-7 working days after inspection.
To be Note:
- Opened or damaged packages cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Accessories have no separate warranty and will only be exchanged if the box remains unopened.
- Ensure the return label is printed and affixed to the parcel for a smooth return process.
